Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Transdisciplinary Environmental Researcher

Welcome to my website!  I run a psychotherapy practice offering in-person and online therapy. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. I am trained to attune to verbal and non-verbal expressions of self as part of deepening the relationship with the self, interpersonal relations and relatedness to the environment, with the body as guide.

I run workshops, seminars and lectures on embodied practice, the discipline of authentic movement, trauma, displacement, ecopsychology, systems thinking and relationality.

My approach is trauma informed and draws on transpersonal psychotherapy, embodiment, enactment and the phenomenological standpoint of interconnectedness. I work in the areas of: arts therapies; environmental geography; psychology; employee wellness; water resources management; transformational learning and complex social-ecological systems.
